Website creation for Rénovacteurs Business Meeting 2025 via the inwink platform
For the Rénov’acteurs Business Meeting 2025, we developed a turnkey website integrated with the Inwink ticketing system. It allowed for the management of different registration paths: a paid path and free paths intended for property managers, local authorities, and France Rénov advisory centers, subject to manual validation.
The website centralized all practical information and provided access to the full program: plenary debates, thematic workshops, networking corners, and the Partner Village. Participants could thus prepare their day, plan their highlights, and optimize their meetings.
On the day of the Rénov’acteurs Business Meeting 2025, we provided a comprehensive reception system at the Cité Internationale Universitaire de Paris. A trained team was deployed at strategic points to guide participants, check registrations, print badges, and ensure smooth flow between the event's various areas.
A technical on-call team was continuously mobilized to guarantee the proper use of the ticketing system and to intervene quickly in case of an incident (badge issue, access, or schedule). Briefings and practical support materials had been prepared beforehand, allowing the teams to be perfectly coordinated and responsive.
This system ensured a clear, efficient, and smooth reception, enhancing the overall participant experience and the quality of the Business Meeting's organization.
