Quinze-Mai is the union of two event agencies. PG Organisation, which has been designing professional and general public trade shows for over 40 years, and Eventime, a leading PCO for organizing congresses and seminars.
Their mission: to design value-creating events in sectors such as health, local authorities and territories, sport, science, and economy.
We support and advise Quinze-Mai on all their events organized on the inwink platform.
Every week, we discuss their questions, their event projects, and present them with new features that could be suitable for their various events.
On-site welcome system
We provide self-service registration and badge printing stations, as well as registration stations where hosts/hostesses can quickly register participants and print badges via the inwink Onsite application.
A team member is present throughout the event to provide technical on-call support, answer questions, and assist the teams.
