Bpifrance (Public Investment Bank) is a French public institution created at the end of 2012. Its role is to finance and support French companies (startups, SMEs, mid-caps) at all stages of their development — financing, guarantees, innovation, export, etc.

Bpifrance organizes or participates in numerous events and initiatives, such as BIG - Bpifrance Inno Génération, Europe's largest business gathering bringing together entrepreneurs, SMEs/mid-caps, investors, researchers, innovation...

Creating an interactive map integrated into BIG's mobile application

The BIG event is the largest European business gathering organized by BPI France and takes place in Bercy. We created an interactive map allowing participants to easily find their way around the 3 floors of Bercy.

The map was directly integrated into the event's mobile application, developed with the inwink platform. Designed to facilitate movement and improve the on-site experience, the interactive map allows each visitor to easily find their bearings, plan their route, and save time during the event.


On-site reception

The BIG event gathered thousands of participants at the Accor Arena in Bercy, Paris. Two entrance zones were set up to streamline access to the event: one entrance for VIPs, speakers, and the press, and another entrance for visitors.

We implemented kiosk terminals to allow participants to quickly print their badges, facilitating access to the event. They also had the option to register themselves on these devices. Welcome desks with hosts and hostesses were also set up.

In total, we implemented 9 kiosks with touchscreens, scanners, and printers, as well as 18 welcome desks with laptops, scanners, and printers.
