Support for the creation of the
Adopt AI Grand Palais website via the inwink platform

On December 3 and 4, 2026, the Grand Palais hosted the Adopt AI event, which brings together several ecosystems around artificial intelligence: healthcare, finance, sport, human resources, travel, planet, retail, industry, defense, and society. Chaired by President Emmanuel Macron, this gathering brought together CEOs and senior executives from around the world, who exchanged ideas with industry leaders from CAC 40 companies, startups, unicorns, and technology partners.

We supported the Artefact teams in creating the event website, from setting up the various paid registration processes to displaying the program and the exhibitor area. We also provided guidance on the best processes to implement based on their specific needs, particularly to highlight the different ecosystems represented at the event.

Mobile application configuration
Adopt AI Grand Palais via the inwink platform

We configured the entire mobile application, designed to enrich the participant experience during the event and integrating several key features.
Participants can view their personalized agenda, select sessions of interest, and receive all essential information in real-time. The thematic program facilitates content navigation and helps everyone quickly identify conferences related to their interests.
The application also includes a networking module, designed to foster exchanges between participants, as well as a lead generation module to optimize business opportunities. It allows exhibitors and partners to collect qualified contacts and effectively track interactions made during the event.

Thanks to these features, the application becomes a true support tool before, during, and after the event.


On-site reception

The Adopt AI Grand Palais event brought together thousands of participants at the Grand Palais in Paris. Several entry zones were set up to streamline access to the event: an entrance for VIPs and speakers, an entrance for exhibitors, and an entrance for visitors.

We installed kiosk terminals to allow participants to quickly print their badges, facilitating access to the event. Welcome desks with hosts and hostesses were also set up for the VIP entrance.

In total, we implemented 20 terminals with touch screens, scanners, and printers, as well as 6 welcome desks with laptops, scanners, and printers. More than fifty scanners were also deployed to ensure access to entrances, conference areas, networking spaces, lounges, and more.
