Agency for Ecological Transition

The French Agency for Ecological Transition (ADEME), a public institution under the supervision of the State, organizes national and regional events dedicated to ecological transition. 

Delivered in on-site, hybrid, or digital formats (webinars), they target companies, local authorities, and institutions, and address key topics such as energy renovation, sustainable buildings, sobriety, and renewable energies. These gatherings combine conferences, workshops, and networking opportunities to inform, inspire, and foster collaboration among stakeholders.

Team training

For ADEME, we organized training sessions on the Inwink platform, designed to support teams across different levels of expertise. These sessions were reinforced with dedicated training materials and operational follow-up, including Q&A assistance, management of incoming tickets, and the implementation of standardized creation processes. 

This support enabled teams to ensure a smooth digital onboarding and to optimize the use of the platform in the organization of their events.


Single Page Model – One-day physical or hybrid events

We designed a “single page” site model for one-day physical or hybrid events with small to medium-sized programs. This template highlights a clear and concise agenda, a dedicated space for in-person networking, and free registration through a customized form compliant with GDPR requirements. 

It provides a simple, effective, and immediately reusable solution.


Full Site Model – Large-scale events

For larger events, we developed a comprehensive site model with advanced features: dynamic and interactive program, partner area, participant spaces, and segmented registration journeys. 

This model supports both paid ticketing, via secure integration with third-party payment tools, and free multi-path registrations, offering maximum flexibility for audience management.


Webinar Model – Digital events

We also created a dedicated model for webinars and fully digital events. It includes a structured thematic presentation, preconfigured email sequences for invitations and reminders, and a seamless integration with Microsoft Teams. 

This template ensures simplified organization and a consistent user experience from registration to live participation.
